Endurance Security LLC provides cybersecurity advisory, consulting, and professional services including but not limited to:

  • Security program strategy and CISO advisory services
  • AI/LLM red teaming and adversarial security assessments
  • Risk management, governance, and compliance consulting (NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2)
  • Incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and forensic support
  • Security operations center (SOC) design and maturity assessments
  • Penetration testing and vulnerability management programs
  • Security awareness training and workforce development
  • Cloud security architecture and third-party risk management

Services are provided subject to separate engagement letters, statements of work, or service agreements, which shall govern where they conflict with these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Company Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, methodology frameworks, training materials, templates, reports, tools, and software developed by Endurance Security LLC, is the exclusive property of Endurance Security LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

3.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express prior written consent.

3.3 Client Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables produced under client engagements is governed by the applicable statement of work or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Endurance Security LLC retains all rights to underlying methodologies, tools, frameworks, and know-how developed or utilized in performing services.

4. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that in the course of engaging with our services, both parties may have access to confidential information. You agree not to disclose, share, or use any confidential information received from Endurance Security LLC except as necessary to evaluate or use our services. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was already public at the time of disclosure; (b) you independently developed without reference to our information; or (c) was disclosed by a third party without restriction.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

5.1 No Guarantee of Security

Cybersecurity services by their nature cannot guarantee complete protection against all threats. Endurance Security LLC does not warrant that its services will prevent all security incidents, data breaches, or cyberattacks. Our assessments reflect point-in-time findings and do not constitute an ongoing security guarantee.

5.2 Website Disclaimer

This website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Endurance Security LLC, its officers, directors, consultants, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Endurance Security LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Upon termination, all licenses granted herein shall immediately cease.
